RESIDENT EQUITY NON-REFUNDABLE MEMBERSHIPS
Resident Golf • Initiation Fee: $125,000 • Monthly Dues: $3,070 • Limit of 550
Initiation Fee is payable: $25,000 with the application and the balance within ten (10) days after notification of approval.
Resident Sports • Initiation Fee: $70,000 • Monthly Dues: $1,310 • Limit of up to 250
Initiation Fee is payable: $20,000 with the application and the balance within ten (10) days after notification of approval.
