  • Indoor fitness is available by appointment. Reservations may be made on the hour, for one hour, up to seven days in advance.
  • The Sports Club may accommodate at a 10% capacity on the fitness floor. This means 5 people at any given time. Face coverings are required to workout indoors.
  • Movement Studio #1 may be reserved for private fitness use.
  • The Outdoor Fitness Village remains open. Face coverings are not required outdoors when social distancing is practiced.

GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE At Toscana, there is a wide variety of exercise classes designed for all fitness levels.  Members enjoy a great work-out while having fun from the high intensity, spirited Bounce class to the controlled movement utilizing strength and stabilization during TRX.  Can’t make a class?  Simply join a spin class led by world class instructors in New York City through live streaming or in-demand on the innovative Peloton bike. Or, tune in to our weekly zoom classes.  After any cardio challenge, a yoga class that hits all the right places to release tightness is a perfect option.
